Jeff resides in Boca Raton and is an elder at Glades Presbyterian Church in West Boca. He is happily married and has 2 beautiful daughters; Danielle 16 and Dakota 13. Danielle plays softball and guitar. Dakota plays softball, soccer, base guitar, and trumpet in the school band. We are a very active family, and we’re also very active in our church. His wife Carol is a deacon at our church and an active participant in the women’s bible study. He is also on the youth committee, the admin committee, and we’ve also started a Saturday night service in which his 2 daughters and he play the music. They have 2 dogs Copper and Coco.
He was born and raised in the state of Maine. And grew up in the home building industry and started working with his father when he was 12. His father was a General Contractor/ Developer and working for him he learned everything he needed to know about building roads and homes. They built everything from scratch, so he learned about every aspect of building with hands on education.he worked his way up through the company until one day, in 1994, he started Waycott Construction Inc. His first project was a 42 lot subdivision from start to finish.
In 2002 they decided to move to Florida. They’d had enough of the harsh winters tin Maine. He acquired his contractors license in Florida and he has been building here ever since. Building in Maine and Florida are completely opposite. In Maine you design buildings to push up, to hold up snow loads, and in Florida you design buildings to be held down.
