The Rev. Eliane Menezes was born and raised in Brazil, where she earned her bachelor's degree in business administration. She attended Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary for her master’s degree in divinity.
She served at Presbyterian Women as a Staff of the Global Partners Committee for the Churchwide Gathering 2006. She did her Chaplaincy residency at Louisville University Hospital. Also, she served in the GA New Immigrant Groups Ministries Office as a Consultant for Portuguese Language Ministries Development.
She was ordained in 2007 and she is serving in the Multicultural Portuguese Language Ministry in Pompano Beach, FL. She has heart for social justice and cultural diversity.
She enjoys reading, listening to music, going to movies, and spending time with friends.
