Bio

Reverend Kernie Kostrub

Kernie Kostrub has been the pastor at Glades Presbyterian Church for 21 years.  He graduated from Stetson University in 1968 and from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1976.  He has served churches in New York City; Doylestown, PA; Fairbanks, AK and Gainesville, FL.

He is married to Darlene, the Chief Executive Officer of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County.  They have two grown children and two grandchildren.  Kernie’s special interests are prayer, Christian healing and evangelism.  He also enjoys travel, reading, the beach, the Miami Heat and the Ohio State Buckeyes!

In the summer of 2005, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by participating in a mission trip to Uganda.
